On the day of service, Alberto called us about 30 minutes before arrival, which we really appreciated because we were running an errand and it gave us time to get home. When we arrived, Alberto was already prepping hoses and water. He greeted me with a handshake and introduced himself, something I really value, as professionalism like that is becoming rare.
My wife and I walked through the house with Alberto, pointed out areas of concern, and asked several questions about the products and cleaning process. Alberto had no issue explaining everything in detail, even going as far as comparing how hot their steam gets versus other companies that can’t reach the same temperature. That reassurance made us feel confident that our carpets were going to come out clean and fresh.
We also asked if we could see the water afterward since our carpets hadn’t been cleaned in 9–10 years. Honestly, we expected it to be extremely dirty. While it wasn’t clear, it was much cleaner than expected, to the point where even Alberto commented on how good it looked for carpets that old.
